Years ago, when my daughter was little, she loved some of the Impossible Pies and I'd make one for dinner every so often. I hadn't made one in years or even thought of them, but the Impossible Cheeseburger Pie came up recently and we had one last night. Still good ![]()
Does anyone else still make them?

OMG!
Havent made one in ages, either. It was one dish I COULD make when I first moved out on my own.
Once, when my oven was on the fritz, I tried to make it in my Pyrex pie plate on top of the burner.
I then learned Pyrex is mostly OVEN proof. 😉

I make the coconut impossible pie and the chicken pot pie impossible pie on occasion. They are so easy that you feel almost guilty serving them,
i have never ever tried the cheeseburger one. Looks yummy.

Make one every now and then with sausage instead of hamburger. Add onion and green pepper to it as well. Works well for brunch or dinner!

Hi @Carmie
Yes, and a lightened version. I had the coconut pie once and it's delicious.
Does everyone know... Betty Crocker has an online site, I looked up the Impossible Pies and was overwhelmed how many they have now!!!
Here's the Betty Crocker site, I still get a lot of every day recipes and ideas there:

It is a good dinner, @sweet pete
Last night, we chopped up small pieces of dill pickle and had that as a side to put on top. We all did, it was good.
