DH Chef Ron grows organic heirlooms tomatoes, cuts them up, gets a big log of mozzerella,cuts it up,gets basil from his garden,rips it up and drizzels olive oil over it all and goes to town. Fantastic!
It must be mid-summer because I am constantly eating tomatoes.
Cream cheese and tomato on a bagel, BLTs, grilled cheese with tomato, sauteed fresh tomatoes and garlic over pasta, sauteed tilapia with fresh tomatoes, etc.
What are you doing with your tomatoes?
@PickyPicky3 Everything you mentioned, plus canning tomato soup, etcetera, but mostly enjoying them right from the garden.
