@PickyPicky3 glad you enjoyed the panzanella salad! It's my absolute favorite way to use up my bumper crop of tomatoes.

DH Chef Ron grows organic heirlooms tomatoes, cuts them up, gets a big log of mozzerella,cuts it up,gets basil from his garden,rips it up and drizzels olive oil over it all and goes to town. Fantastic!

I have a convection option on my oven. I place sliced tomatoes on large baking sheets and dry them. They are stored in Ziploc bags in the freezer.

These are great if you like sun dried tomatoes in recipes.

We only got 12 small ones so they went fast.  BLT's mostly or burgers.

@PickyPicky3   Everything you mentioned, plus canning tomato soup, etcetera, but mostly enjoying them right from the garden.
