@sunshine 919, I do t watch when the men host either. I like to see their artisan shows. Especially their Bali and Southwest

I believe I know which host you are talking about.  While it is so very annoying, this host is not the only one who counts down.  It is so very distracting.  I could care less about how many are remaining.  But, Bella Luce can rival Absolute or Diamonique and is a lot less money.  I think that for jewelry, JTV is very good about offering untreated gemstones.  And, as with everything in life, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.  Good thing that they offer a variety.
