contact or paz customer service, I believe he has a 1 year warranty on his jewelry

If you buy a lot of jewelry it is a must to find a local jeweler that you trust for repairs. I buy a lot of things at auction dirt cheap and can then afford to pay for a minor revision, like adding lever backs, etc.  Jewelry rarely fails the first year during your warranty period.
