I have used a kiosk in a local mall and it's done right there. ...very fast.

Went yesterday to a place called "UBrakeIFix" and they fixed the plate cover in 10 minutes.  It wasn't the glass afterall, it was the protective cover. 

Thanks everyone! 

Apple wanted my phone for 5 days and $120 dollars.  This place only charged $30.
