I am having the same issue. After three emails I finally got a reply. They told me to check my preferences, but didn't say what I should be looking for! I did check them and everything is checked! I
So, problem still not resolved. I just don't understand why there isn't anyone at the Q who can actually fix the problem or provide a plausible explanation. So I am still where I started and am missing out on some pre-sales.
What mountains must be moved to fix this?

Same here. I contacted CS today because I did not get the Wen TS email that went out at midnight. I receive every email, everyday from the Q and I was told to check my SpAM folder. Why? It's not there. I buy 4-5 of these TSV on auto delivery 2x every year for a long long time.
im not happy that now I'm in a position where the scents I order could possibly sellout if the system goes down as it usually does when Chaz has a TS.

I'm still not receiving the TSV emails so today I removed all of my previous email/mobile settings, updated my record and then added my preferences again... I'll post tomorrow if this worked. It's obvious that this is a computer glitch and either their database is corrupt or the program that sends the emails isn't working properly.

Well, my experiment didn't work... I'm still not receiving TSV emails! I just don't know what is happening and why it isn't being corrected...

You know after reading this, I went into my settings and noticed nothing was checked. I don't know how they got unchecked , but anyone not getting them might want to check your settings. Good Luck!

@Tennessee Vol (and everyone interested), I unchecked everything in the email notificaitions in my account. Opted out of everything, and then waited for 2 days and added them back in. I'm receiving a lot of email notifications now... but of course I have no way of knowing if all emails are being sent to me. It did seem to cause a lot of them to "kick in," though.
