@Tennessee Vol (and everyone interested), I unchecked everything in the email notificaitions in my account. Opted out of everything, and then waited for 2 days and added them back in. I'm receiving a lot of email notifications now... but of course I have no way of knowing if all emails are being sent to me. It did seem to cause a lot of them to "kick in," though.
@dooBdoo Thanks for the information. I'll try this too! I don't intend to buy anything in the next few days so if won't matter if I receive notifications on purchases or shipments...

Count me in too. i never received any upcoming vendor emails or advanced TSV emails from QVC, even thought i'm signed up to received them.
NOW I noticed that I'm no longer receiving the daily current TSV emails either, as of Sep 12, 2016! I checked my account online and I got it checked to still be receiving them too.
What gives?

I haven't checked my emails lately, but that happened to my text alerts some months back. I had to go into my account and reset my preferences. Something has definitely been going on with the preferences.

Over a month and I'm still not receiving the TSV email. Have written Q many times and the response is they are working on it. A month???????

Add me to the list. I stopped receiving the TSV info and other preferred emails about the same time they were redesigning the web site. I have called numerous times and sent emails to customer service. I keep being told that the problem is being corrected, but so far nothing. Have been a customer since 1990; only thing that keeps me coming back is the quality of the items and no hassle returns (although I think they could do something about the excessive shipping costs, especially when you're ordering multiples of the same item, in the same order.)

Hi @Susan-QVC. Their fix worked for a while and I was getting all sorts of emails from QVC again. I was a happy camper. But the problem seems to be happening again (have no idea why?) as I'm receiving no emails from QVC for several days, not even the TSV notification anymore either So can you notify the team to tell them to do the fix again? I'd appreciate it, thank you so much!

I haven't received anything in 3 months. I have e-mailed and call customer service at least 5 times and the only answer i get is well your signed up for everything. Then they say its some kind of computer issue and give it time. I am not real happy.
