For some unknown reason, I have not been receiving TSV emails and no longer receive any info re: upcoming shows that I had checked in my preferences. I have chatted 2 x with different reps and supposedly they reset my preferences. One told me it would take 2 weeks to take effect! I have no idea why this happened as I have been on QVC email for many many years. This just happened within the past month or so. Anyone else have this problem and was it resolved?

You're not the only one, there are other posts in the 'Customer Care' forum with the same problem.
I emailed the Social team a few days ago and a couple have trickled in since then.

Same here. This is my 4th day without the TSV or any other email from Q. I emailed them and was told everything looked OK but it's not. Just glad I'm not the only one.

Yes, I'm having the same problem, resigned up but still not getting notices.

Just the opposite problem - in July Q started flooding our inbasket with up coming products - times and dates - and a bunch of us screamed for them to stop it. Some of us don't want clutter - advertising promotion messages cuz we'll check and buy on our own terms. I even began sending their notices to the JUNK file.

I haven't received TSV email notifications for at least two days... I checked my settings too and everything looks correct. I selected "submit" to see if doing that would fix it.

I'm not getting them either. I checked my preferences and emailed Q. I never received a reply.....Not surprised about that. Service has been horrible lately. I don't blame the reps, I blame management. Based on what I've experienced lately, there seems to be a lack of training and suppport for reps - at least I hope that is what it is.

I have the same problem. I haven't received TSV notices/QVC email since March. I have called CS and they say that they will fix it but nothing changes. I have checked to see if I have inadvertently blocked them but I haven't. Not sure what is going on. I am using Firefox now but was on IE. Don't know if that makes a difference or not.

I've stated this already in another thread I created but same here. I have not gotten any of the beauty TSV emails or preview emails and several have come out recently and I've gotten nothing. It is frustrating. It actually has been happening on and off for a few years now and each time I"m told it has been fixed, it works for a little bit and then goes back to being sporadic. Frustrating. I only really care about beauty stuff on QVC so it would be nice to actually get the beauty emails!
