HELP NO Music PROMO codes in 3 GIFT Echo dots!! QVC not helpful

HELP got 3 echo dot s as gifts & NONE of 3 have promo codes for music. QVC has been no help

They are so confused at QVC saying I should call Amazon (Who does NOT sell Dots with ANY PROMOS plus they came from QVC). I 2 phone calls I spent 1.5 hours on hold and then got a nice CS but we got disconnected. 2nd call today waited on hold for 70 minutes and got a "Not nice" CS who I had to keep explaining promos etc. She then put me on a 45 minute hold to get a supervisor & came back & said they were all busy!!! That's NOT the way QVC CS USED to be.

I can't help it if 3 gifts of echo dots came with no music promo codes. Not my faulrt. I don't care so much about audible books promo. I was told by Amazon I would need 3 music promos b/c you can only use code once.

Can anyone out there help me get the 3 missing promo music codes from QVC?????

I don't remember if the music was offered with the dot. I purchased the full one in May I think. Then I got a second one just recently. My code would not work with the second one, because they said I already got two books with first one. I called Amazon and explained it to them and they put it through for me.

Good luck. Amazon was very nice about it and it didn't take long at all. Only Amazon can help you with the codes, if QVC did indeed offer them.

It definitely was. 3 months of music and 2 Audio books were a part of the deal. Without them, it wasn't much of a deal. It was $45 on QVC with $5 shipping and $50 on Amazon. If you had Prime shipping, there was no cost savings, the bundle and the easy pays (optional) were the only added value QVC offered. They SAID it was sold out on Amazon, but you could still place an order to be shipped later. With 2 day shipping, it would easily arrive by Christmas when they ship on Dec 15.

@ChynnaBlue Oh ok. I wasn't sure. I haven't signed up for the music yet. I am afraid I will like it, and I don't want to get it monthly and have to pay. I am enjoying the audio books. I won't stay in that either.

I didn't get the Dot I bought the Echo. I would have missed the promo code if I hadn't turned over the postcard that was in the box, not in the Echo box. It had the promo code on the opposite side of the picture of the Echo.

I received my Dots this afternoon and almost missed the card with the codes. It was partially beneath a box flap and I didn't see the corner that was sticking out until I went to give the box to the cats.

The eyes through which you see others may be the same as how they see you.

I got the TSV Echo I ordered today. It came with a postcard in the outside envelope, not in the box with the Echo. It shows the codes for both the music unlimited and the audible free books.

Unfortunately I already have an audible.com account so they won't let me use the free book code. It's only for new subscribers. I THINK QVC AND HOST SHOULD LET YOU KNOW THAT. I would not have bought, thinking I got such a good deal when clearly I did not. I believe this type of sales is deceptive. I thought the Echo came with audible books and it doesn't unless you are a subscriber. Not cool, QVC.
