Any help would be appreciated! I am no longer getting the drop-down menu of names when I post and want to use the @ to notify someone. Have I accidentally hit something to disable it? I am on a Kindle and the pages jump terribly so wouldn't doubt that I clicked on something LOL. Thanks!
@bebe777 let everyone know on the WEN forum that you opened up the Customer Care forum! Great idea because you're all helpful w you have seen a complaint posted.

@Suebdoo Sometimes the drop down box appears very low on the screen and you have to page down a bit before you can see it.

@Suebdoo, this was mentioned in a thread in Community Chat, too. It appears some (not all?) of those using Android tablets are not seeing the pop-up menu of nickname choices when they type in the "@" sign. I don't have an Android device, so I can't test it -- I'm wondering if it's happening on all Androids or just some of them.

@VanSleepy reported the problem on an Android tablet, and then @MadameQueen posted this: "Can I add to the confusion, lol? I have an android phone and the @name feature only pops up when I am quoting and replying. Otherwise I have to type the name."
We probably need to know exactly which type of device, whether all the software is up-to-date, that sort of thing, to try and troubleshoot the problem.

Hi, @Anonymous! Having this new sub-forum for product and purchase questions, etc., is wonderful idea! I'm wondering, though, do you want us to start asking technical questions about using the Community forums here? Or does it matter where we post them?
