Special Offer + Web Maintenance = Annoyed Customers

It seems our web is down again and I can't get into my orders or easy pays.   This is happening more and more lately and I am beginning to wonder if it's my computer or is it your site ?

It's down for me too, but I've used it several times this week with no issue.

I'm having issues with this site too. I thought it was my computer at first but I can navigate any other site without problems. And it is annoying!

I was trying to place a lunchtime special orders (which I rarely do!) and it took forever.  Then a message popped up saying they were doing routine maintenance and would not be able to show tax and shipping just yet.  Wish they would do their routine maintenance during the night.

I've always thought the IT department at QVC is substandard, when compared to almost any other site.  They seem to have more problems than most.  That being said, I've noticed there is now a correlation between when it goes down, and when things are on one of the rare good buys on QVC.  My question is:  Does depand cause the problem, or does QVC slow/shut things down to limit sales.  As shaddy as QVC is becoming, I really wonder if it's the second.

It happens almost every time they offer Easy Pay specials.  Sorry but I cannot believe that so many people are ordering fitness stuff that they crashed the system....lol

I have been having problems off & on since this past weekend. Sometimes IE11 would not work but Chrome would. I thought it was AT&T. DH needs to figure out how to set his booster correctly. The Internet keeps connecting to the booster instead of the router. I have to disconnect the booster & connect the router or it just spins around in a circle.

This is happening too frequently.  I can't get information on any of the orders I placed several days ago - other than a notice written in red that there is no information at this time.  I did receive notices 2 days ago that my items were shipped, but now, there is no information.
