I totally disagree. I find that QVC has the best customer service. Any issue I have had they fix it immediately. It seems like this new poster likes to complain about anything QVC does.

Sad to hear of your experience. I've thankfully had quite the opposite reaction, CS has ALWAYS been top notch for me. I'm sure they'll make good, try emailing them; I usually get responses within the hour when I do that.

Sounds like you're mad at American society as a whole based on your comments!
Do as a Mod suggested and EMAIL them with the order info. Or not, up to you.

QVC customer service is ALWAYS wonderful to me when I call or email them, well over the past six years. They seem to go out of their way to help me when I have a concern or question.

@ColoradoKate I totally agree with you, reading what's on the screen is not acceptable but I would of asked for a supervisor instead of getting frustrated.
but to everyone else here's my thoughts.
It really depends on who answers the phone, there are people who go above and beyond and there are people who are just doing their job.
That's true for any store or any company. It's true for any restaurant you go to, there are good servers and just people hired to do the job and that's what you get.
