One iPad mini is wonky...my other iPad mini identical to the other is fine....my iPhone 13 is fine....I'm using Safari....🤷‍♀️...DW

Isn't that the weirdest thing, @dancingwoman? Identical ipad minis and one wonky and one not. That's a head scratcher to my pea brain.

FWIW, @stevieb, I asked in another thread why can't a moderator just tell us that QVC is aware of the issue and working on it. Geezerette then told me they had indeed done so. In at least two different threads yesterday mods Kim and Alice acknowledged the problem and asked for members to share info on the device they were using, browser, and version. Course those posts are buried in threads where not everyone will even see them. It would be better if a mod could start a new thread about the wonky forums page where the masses could view it. But I don't suppose that will ever happen. Woman Frustrated

 

I think it will eventually be fixed but it could take a good long while for sure. I said on another site that I may just need to make some changes in my life...give up Diet Coke and QVC Forums. Honestly, both will be incredibly hard to do!!! HA!


over in 'customer care' a mod said they're aware of it and the IT bunch is working on it. I guess in between playing cards and dancing. ROFL

For four days now on my iPad and Kindle Fire I have tried to get onto the forums, it comes up as a jumbled mess. I am currently on my Chromebook where I can see the forums. I want to know what happened all of a sudden, is QVC even aware there is a problem? Honestly I don't use my chromebook much, but if the problem persists I'll have to schelp my chromebook out. QVC please look into the problem I can't be the only one effected .

I still have wonk going in a Mac desktop, Dell laptop, 2 iPads and my Apple phone.

 

The same mishmash is on all of them.  I have tried them all with different browsers and still a mess.

Some posters have mentioned this before but maybe some are not aware.

 

On the wonky forum page with the blue categories, on the very top left is "SKIP TO FOOTER."

 

If you click on that, you go to the bottom of the page and then only have to scroll up a bit to get to the forums.

 

It is much easier that scrolling all the way down the page.

@Mersha I tried that and it didn't work for me, I am on my chromebook. QVC had to have done something that caused it to change suddenly.

So, like the FOOL that I am I checkout EVERYDAY to see if QVC has fixed the problems on the forums, they haven't. Evidently they don't care, they need to take down the paragraph of We Heard You about not shutting the forums down, evidently they have NOT heard us!
