@stevieb Bingo, you said it all. The database "improvements" they undertake rarely improve things.
I hope they have not chosen tomorrow as a free shipping day (It is the last weekend day in July closest to the 25th of the month and the super popular David Venable kitchen show will be on for three hours.)
The shopping side might fail, too, as it has the last few times they have done them.

Changing browser hasn't helped. I'm not going to jump through hoops to get out here. As far as whether it's regional, I'm in the upper midwest. If this isn't fixed by the end of July, I'd guess QVC doesn't care about their customers. Has the Social Team addressed this issue? An update from them would be considered a plus to me.

FWIW, @stevieb, I asked in another thread why can't a moderator just tell us that QVC is aware of the issue and working on it. Geezerette then told me they had indeed done so. In at least two different threads yesterday mods Kim and Alice acknowledged the problem and asked for members to share info on the device they were using, browser, and version. Course those posts are buried in threads where not everyone will even see them. It would be better if a mod could start a new thread about the wonky forums page where the masses could view it. But I don't suppose that will ever happen. ![]()
I think it will eventually be fixed but it could take a good long while for sure. I said on another site that I may just need to make some changes in my life...give up Diet Coke and QVC Forums. Honestly, both will be incredibly hard to do!!! HA!

@pupwhipped Somebody addressed our supposedly superb responsive mods 2 days ago asking for information but there has been total silence. Maybe they've been told not to discuss it or maybe they're as uninformed as we are. Maybe nobody in the whole world knows what's wrong except the Russians.

If the Russians did hack in here, maybe they can fix it. QVC obviously won't.

I don't think the mods responses are encouraging because it just shows they are still thinking it is due to customer's various browsers or devices. I know they are only trying to help but
I responded that it is a problem on all various devices and not from the customers end. There was no response or acknowledgement to that.
It is the QVC system and if QVC's own tech team can't or won't acknowledge that, then yeah that is a reason it hasn't been fixed by now.
It makes you wonder what kind of tech team this is!
Everytime they adjust or add something new to their website, it messes things up it seems.
I hope the mods are relaying our comments to the tech team.

Still have no issues on my iPad Pro, using Safari. I'm almost afraid to say that out loud for fear I'll jinx it.

I'm surprised QVC isn't telling customers to just buy a new computer on 5 easy payments!
I'm on an iPad Pro, using Safari and I'm not experiencing any issues but I used to get that same weird layout others have posted screenshots of, off and on since I've joined.
