Re: Who here has NOT “stocked up”

Thanks to all who contributed to this thread!

Very interesting how folks vary in their way of thinking during this crisis.

As another poster said, I, too buy extras of products . Such as a BOGO on

“YES-brand” soup, or other Sales on staples. So I do have a supply, just not

in excess.

As long as I have a bottle of Dawn (all purpose product for me!), bleach

and Scott tp.......I’m good.

As an aside, I’m not usually fussy about Name Brands....except with Dawn

and Scott tp! At my age, I’ve figured out the best value/products for *me*!

thanks again

Re: Who here has NOT “stocked up”

Update.  Our neighbor gave us ......hand sanitizers!  Three of them.  She had gotten some apparently.  Anyway, she has a bunch.  She gave some to another neighbor too.  I also managed to find hand sanitizers through Amazon.  Its already shipped.  So in a few days I'll have 3 more.  Haven't braved the the supermarket yet.  That last trip was horrible.  Worst experience I've ever had in a supermarket. Able to get some toilet paper (Scott) too from Ebay.   So the only thing we need is food!  I found an opening from Amazon, so I get some food tomorrow. I feel like a orphan living in a third world, scrounging around for food, tissues, etc.

Still no TP to be had in my area. Sure wish people would quit hoarding it.

I was at Sam's today. They must have gotten a truck load of toilet paper. Because they had a huge display of it PLUS they had it on sale.

There were also numerous signs stating Limit 1. Sadly people were loading more than one in their cart. And since it was Sam's it is a large package with at least 18 rolls of toilet paper.

When I was checking out a guy in the next check out lane had packed his cart with as many packages as he could and his son had another cart packed with as many cases of water as the cart could hold.

I hope this craziness for hoarding ends soon.

I do too! The message is simple: stop being greedy and hoarding all for yourself so no one else can get any!
