No. I have never seen anyone shake milk!  Even as a child, I didn't like thick milk so I only drink skim. And I love it.

Yes,  I shake my almond milk because the carton says I should.

@Kachina624, we only use almond milk and yes, it does say that on the carton.

DH uses it in his cereal and I use a tiny bit in my coffee.

@HisElk   I've never been a big fan of dairy milk but do love both coconut and almond milk.   Did you know you can keep almonds on hand and if you run out of milk,  make your own in just minutes.   Here in the SW there's a rice milk drink called Horchata  that's popular.   It's flavored with a bit of cinnamon and is quite tasty.

Re: Shaking Milk

[ Edited ]

Watch "Cowspiracy" and "Earthlings"....you will never drink milk again.  There are no idyllic happy cows that free range on grassy hills gleefully producing organic milk.  It was meant for their calves as breast milk is produced for our babies.  Learn the truth of what happens to dairy cows and their precious babies so consumers can take advantage....it is horrific.  Do some research to discover the "health benefits".  Watch Gary Yourofsky or Bite Size Vegan (she made a film for children on drinking cow's milk).  Today the truth is easily available.  Pain and suffering are a result of consumers "loving" milk that is not a health food meant to be consumed by humans.  No need to promote needless suffering...so many good alternatives exist.

You read my mind! We're NOT the only mammals on the planet that drinks another mammal's milk!

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.
