I posted on the other fitbit post that I have a charge 2.  I love it.  That being said,  I don't like the fact it won't count steps if I happen to be pushing a cart in a store.  I have to use my Samsung phone ap to capture those steps.  Even if I have my wrist / fitbit below my heart while pushing a cart, it won't count them.
