My credit card was hacked right after placing in order with QVC.  I called back, but got just a customer service person (basically someone who works from home).  I told them the situation and that i wanted to fix it, but I wouldn't give my new credit card to them over the phone because I was hacked before.  It was on Easy Pay.  She said she would email them and they would contact me.  Nope...didn't happen,,,no one contacted me.  I have tried to find an email for them.  Today I got something for it being sent to collection.  I also got a phone call and told that person I wouldn't give a credit card number to them over the phone.  I am happy to pay, but I should still have EasyPay.  I want an actual coroporate person.  Does anyone know how I do this.  I am so sick of all of it and I am upset that my credit card was hacked so bad.  I don't trust customer service at QVC now.
