Amazon not answering on Saturday? I’m sure my husband has called on the weekend. I find that very hard to believe that customer service would ever be closed.

NickNack: Thanks for the heads-up. I will make a note of that. We did get the package at around 7PM. DH while takling to the driver directed him to our home.

I never have a problem getting a hold of Amazon. I also have found if you have a problem understanding a rep from a different company you can ask to me sent back to America. Call the 800 phone number.
