I got it. I only purchased WEN once. It was four bottles of the different scents. I tried it and hated it, I gave it to my daughter.
Since neither of us had any hair loss, We are not interested in the law suite.
I once joined a class action law suite against a well known insurance company that was mishandling money they were supposed to be investing for us. I wrote out a long letter of explanation as directed and sent it in. It took about a year, but I got a huge settlement.

The buses in my city are run by the city, college, etc. A student stepped off the curb in front of a bus while she was on her cell phone and was not watching where she was going. She died and their was a large lawsuit. The driver was sued as well as all of the owners. It hit local news for a time and then I never heard anymore. I would guess because of the publicity toward a well known college and a small city promoting themselves in large magazines as the best liitle diverse welcoming town in USA the case was probably settled out of court. IMO the people who suffered were the driver and his/her family and the student and his/her family. Lawyers always get the bulk of the acquired funds.
Everyday there are ads on the radio and TV looking for "injured" people who want to file a lawsuit. These actions hurt the prospects of people genuinely hurt and needing help. Just like disability frauds, social service frauds, etc.

I tried Wen about 5 years ago and noticed right away I would be spending too much money (which is Chad's goal - LOL) on the product. I had longer hair then so needed more pumps - ugh! Also, I didn't notice any difference in my hair. But I figured I finish up what product I had left and not buy any more. And then I noticed that I was losing hair and the only thing I could tie it to was Wen - that was the only new thing added to my hair routine. The loss continued for a while even after stopping the use of the Wen! Now my hair is shorter and thin - the hair never grew back! So now instead of blow drying my naturally curly hair, I let it air dry because it looks thicker that way. So, to all of you who never had a problem using Wen and feel your hair looks great - I'm happy for you! But for those of us who lost hair and will not get it back , any dollars we can get back for using Wen is just fine - though for me I only wish for having my thick hair back!

My experience was the same as yours. I kept thinking I was doing something wrong because I did not look "beautiful" after using Wen! I threw it out because of the time in the shower, the dirty hair feeling, and hair thinning.

@Carmie. In your case you did the right thing. You were seriously and maliciously frauded. If you had tried to right the wrong alone you would have not come out a winner. In your case it usually takes make people to prove beyond a doubt that there was no mistake and all mishandled funds were the fault of the company. I am glad you won and hopefully made up all loses plus something for the stress. These stories make it hard to know who we can trust. Checking references does not always help.

Yes I got the email. I ordered wen once, the endless, long, presentations drew me in. Due to health problems I am physically unable to wash my very long, very thick hair. My friend washes it once a week for me. The first time I had her use the wen she said and showed me a handful of hair that fell out which I attributed to the lengthy regime, but every time after that large amounts of hair fell out. I wanted to like wen so much I kept telling myself it was because she had wash my hair twice, and more thoroughly etc so it was just not used or it. Fortunately after about 5-6 times I got online and saw all the complaints and pictures of hair loss and threw it away! I will not join the lawsuit, I am very fortunate to have only lost those handfuls and am extremely blessed to still have a head full of thick hair. I feel terrible for those that have lost their hair due to this product! Interesting how it works so well for many and is pure poison to many others...

We were 100% wronged. The insurance company was making a fortune on investors who gave them money in lump sums to invest.
What they get did was deposit the money into their own accounts, then invest the money in small payments every month to the investor's accounts. They were using money that was not theirs for their own good.
They got caught.... big time. We got back every penny we invested plus a whole lot more. We definitely had a windfall. This insurance company is a big name. They insure more privately owned cars in the US than any other other company.
Sometimes even big, well known companies with a good reputation cut corners and cheat to make a bigger profit. They get greedy.

anyone else receive a notice to settle on wen from the class action lawsuit? I for one only ordered once, (didn't like it, felt like I was shampooing with conditioner). I am still surprised that qvc continues to sell a product that has so many lawsuits pending. I understand not everyone experienced hair loss, but the fact that any negative things happened and qvc claims to have a strict quality control, yet they still sell it. (i'm not surprised people who like it continue to by it, just that qvc continues to sell it) I guess it will take a direct hit to qvc before they stop
I don't know what you mean by "so many lawsuits pending," but please check out class action lawsuits. If stores stopped carrying brands that were affected by class action lawsuits, they'd be missing a lot of things you probably love. If people stopped buying cars by manufacturers affected by class action lawsuits, we'd all be taking the bus. Class action lawsuits are common and they are commonly settled because it's easier and more cost effective for a major company to settle than it is to fight in court for years.
Class action lawsuits don't mean a product is bad. A drug millions of Americans use daily and is one of the most popular in the US settled a class action lawsuit for over 100 million dollars. The drug is still on the market and still popular because it works for the vast majority of users. I've been using it for 20 years now and it ensures I breathe every day.Buses have had their fair share of lawsuits against them too! So I guess that means we'd be walking, and somebody would decide to sue over that, too!
I just don't get this mentality that seems to sneer at all lawsuits, including, of all things, bus safety?
I bet that anyone who has been injured due to negligence or wrongdoing would lose that sneer very quickly. And that's not even including the family of all those tragically hurt or killed.

I used to lose a lot of hair about every 9 months and eventually it would stop. Since using WEN, I no longer lose hair like I did in the past. It's thicker than ever and healthy. We're all different!

First, I wasn't sneering at all lawsuits. Nor was I saying that I didn't believe buses should be safe. I think you jumped the gun, or just plain took my comments the wrong way.
What I was saying was that just because people had sued WEN did not mean that the product was unsafe and shouldn't be sold. I was trying to be funny, and obviously you did not find my comment to be so. I was reiterating in my own way what @ChynnaBlue had already said: if every product that had had a lawsuit brought against was taken off the market, we wouldn't have some of our most widely used products available.
I personally do not know whether or not WEN caused anyone damage. And I don't even know if it was proven to be true. All I know is that I had read some "experts" had said that some of the ingredients "could" cause some of the things some consumers were complaining about.
But I do know that there are thousands of frivolous lawsuits begun all the time. Was this one of them? I don't know, do you?
