I have to vent because I'm really angry about QVC's handling of my very first order with them. I ordered the customer choice SweetAlmondMint 3 piece WEN by Chaz Dean. What I received after eagerly awaiting my order and almost stalking the UPS man, was 1 SweetAlmondMint body wash and a hand loofa. WHAT!!!! I paid $71.33 for some dang body wash!! NO!!! NO!!! NO!!! Will I never order from QVC again!!! You get one time to screw me over and take my money and not give me what I ordered. Who do they have packing the orders? How do you get a 3 piece set confused with 1 body wash. REALLY!!! That's it for me, no more QVC ordering!!!

May I assume you checked your order online and then called Customer Service? What did the CS representative tell you?

If you haven't contacted them and given them a chance to correct the mistake, why not? {#emotions_dlg.confused1}

I agree - perhaps you made the error and not the Q. Call CS and give them a chance.

I ordered a nice shift dress from a website one time and received cheetah print glitter toddler flip flops in the mail instead! I called customer service, they took away the charge on my account and gave me a 10 percent coupon towards my next order. Customer service representatives usually want to correct a shipping mistake, so I'd advise you to call them and tell them what happened.

Quite a ferocious rant for a mistake. And you're posting this in the WEN forum...why? Shouldn't something of this nature be posted in another forum such as viewpoints? After all, it has nothing to do with the actual WEN product. I smell something fishy here.

Mistakes happen. I once got another persons order including their packing slip even though the shipping label was made out to me. I just let QVC know, they reshipped my item and I returned what they sent me. No big deal.

Not sure why you are making such a huge deal about this.
