Only once (and that was an HSN boo boo) did I have any trouble with something ordered.
If anything, I sometimes find it frustrating trying to get into the packaging QVC does on their products! I usually have to take out the heavy duty scissors to 'unpack' the product.
I'm sorry you had trouble. I hope you don't give up entirely on QVC. They usually do a good job (with me at least they do).

Probably best that this person is through with ordering any more from QVC. Difficult customers are sometimes more trouble than they're worth. Especially those who don't even give the business a chance to correct the problem.

I ordered VTS and got RTM by mistake last year. QVC just sent me a new bottle at no charge and didn't make me return the old one.
The bottles look identical so I can see it getting in the wrong bin on the shelf.

So I'm a new poster and a new WEN girl- I've been using WEN for 3 weeks, still trying to figure out how to use the system on my hair. I have been reading the board (as a lurker- dont like the word troll because some people who dont post are perfectly nice people but still unsure) and I've noticed like most forums, there are friendly and unfriendly people. That's a risk you take anytime you put yourself out there.
In any case, a customer is entitled to being dis-satisfied. I often get excited about things and in a rush to receive them and when the wrong thing arrives I can get grumpy too and swear to go elsewhere. Then I relax, realize I'm out the money either way and work on fixing the problem. We've all had this frustration even though we might never have posted it to a forum.
I hope this gets worked out and I hope they post the item number for the Summer Honey Peach 3 piece soon because i'm getting kinda grumpy waiting

You're probably right. I might not have suggested the correct forum, just know it didn't need to be here. Someone could see the title and that it's in the WEN forum and just draw conclusions w/o reading...that's what I was getting at.
