You know how you get that feeling that something has gone terribly wrong but you just don't want to research it to confirm that what you suspect has happened has actually happened?
I've had this nagging feeling that something terrible had happened and today I finally had to go online and confirm those suspicions.
Wrigley really has discontinued Creme Savers.
I found what may very well be the last bag in Albuquerque. Now I need to scour the city and try to find other bags before they all disappear.
This is so wrong.

Anyone using Lent as an excuse to give something up? I'm not Catholic, but I gave up coffee for Lent a couple years ago and I was able to give it up permanently. I can't even say I miss it.
And because I stopped buying the beans and grinding them and brewing every day, Better-half gave up coffee, too. Cold turkey. He switched to water. I switched to sturdy tea, so I haven't given up caffeine. But I do consume much less now.
Your thoughts?

just bee - Keep the caffeine, we all need something we can depend on. I depend on my caffeine to keep me on track. I don't drink as much as I used to, but I still love it.

January & February were fantastic months for me. I've only spent $44 on cosmetics, 2 products to replace the 2 products that I totally used up. Even better? I've used up $306 worth of products from my stash! I'm making progress but have a lot more to use up before thinking of purchasing something.
I've been cleaning out my closet as well and making regular donations to Goodwill. And I"ve not made any clothes purchases. Next on the list is the "junk" room. That place is just plain scary! I've made it my March project. But it seems so massive, it may well become the March & April project.
Thanks everyone who participates in this thread and helping us to stay strong!

Happy March, all!
Haven't purchased much this year - a couple of tops on sale using a gift card and one new pr of shorts for Spring. My Feb ORC is not quite complete- but I've gotten a good share done. Think March will be just a brow wax/hair cut (found a good local place that's $20 including tip when I used to pay $50) and waiting for Spring. I find I'm just not spending on things but the urge is always there to some degree.
We booked a B&B (with groupon) for our Anniversary trip in June. It'll be nice to have that to look forward to. Love to keep reading everyone's progress!

My goal for March is to go thru my clothing and donate/throw out items I don't use. Already this month, I threw out 2 pairs of much loved/definitely seen better days shoes. They were garbage worthy not donate quality. I had purchased months ago shoes that were supposed to be replacements but I ended up using the same old ones lol.
BIG accomplishment for me = I didn't buy ANYTHING from serious skincare when they were on for a full weekend!! I had looked thru my stash prior to the shows so I knew I had several items to use up first so the temptation was lower for me. Plus, their TS was pretty lame IMO so no interest in buying that so it was a win for me! If it had been a stellar A kit/deal, I may have bought...I also saw that korres has a new hand cream - I didn't buy that either! Baby steps.
I'm a big Paula's Choice fan. Love her skincare. The posts about her nude eyeshadow pallette have been seriously tempting me!! I totally don't need any more browns in my stash but the little voice in my head says that I never bought any of the Naked pallettes so this could be a good purchase. So far, I've been good at telling that voice to shut up lol. Plus, one of the videos online that show swatches make some of the colors look super dark which I don't think I would use. I need to come up with more reasons to avoid that purchase....to keep my resolve strong.
