RE:  V8 and sodium.  My husband accidently picked up V8 without salt.  Undrinkable!  

 

I use a Vitamix to make smoothies using fresh veggies, frozen fruit and fruit or veggie juice.  Everything gets liquified;  straining isn't needed, so nothing is lost.
