HAPPY MAY!!  FINALLY there are more warm days ahead and it is time to think of some spring and summer salads.  I had a hankering for a chicken craisin salad and I remember a recipe a FB friend shared with me a while back, so I thought I should reshare it with you!

My mother used to make the best potato salad!  It was a simple recipe; potatoes, celery, seasoned salt, mayo and lots of LOVE.  I watched her make it for years and still was never able to get the same flavor.  So I decided to add my own flavor to her classic dish.  Here’s the recipe: 

South Eastern PA chapter of the Drifters Inc. 15th Annual Hattitude luncheon was a this past Sunday. Over 400 beautiful ladies attended the sold out event!  You may recognize a few!  fundraiser for education benefits local college bound students. We have granted scholarships to over 100 students over the last 15 years. I am so happy to be a part of this wonderful organization and so grateful for the support of my family and friends
