@Milmad ----well.... maybe it's because it is a wellness issue that millions and millions of people suffer from---even tho you may not consider it one. I cannot think of one single valid reason for your post! Have to repeat----RUDE!!! Especially for your 2nd post--not off to a good start.

@I am still oxox --No, that comment was not as stupid as others I've read-- but it was dismissive and disrespectful and after going thru those type of comments myself during my cancer adventure--it is very hard to let them go without something being said. People say the dumbest garbage--like their brains and their mouths are totally disconnected and out comes----garbage!! Maybe I over reacted-----but maybe not.

You should be afraid not to have a sleep study. You sleep with someone monitoring you. Having the study could help solve your problems.

Besides getting a sleep study done, I would recommend listening to a series that Andrew Huberman did on sleep (available on youtube) with sleep expert Dr Matt Walker. It is a fascinating discussion to educate yourself on sleep issues, tweaks you can make to address it & available tools. You can look for "Guest Series with Dr. Matt Walker".
