That's  a good start. Skating days I drink half gallon at the rink in 2 hours. Hydrate well before I head out on skating days.

 

Much harder ice skating than running because more muscle groups involved. Takes core muscle to kept you Balanced and all front side muscles from your feet to your head. Looks easy to onlookers watching good skaters, very deceiving. 

 

Keep drinking now, eh!

Oh boy is that so true @hckynut LOL!  I never did learn to ice skate...tried some but well just never got it!  When I watch anyone that can skate it is amazing to me!!  2hrs of skating and still going strong....awesomeWoman Happy

@hckynut ...I remember as a child ice skating behind our house...it was such fun...then moved to roller skating at the 'skating rink' in town....which I guess is no longer 'cool'....kids don't know what they are missing.
