Thanks @dex ....I will start weighing at the same time.  And your are so right about restaurant food....it’s hard to make good choices at some places!

At home I eat a pretty healthy diet....but there have been too many meals “out” lately!

@alicedee    I get it!  Earlier this year, I had so many family gatherings where I was eating things that weren’t typical of my usual diet. 

Im trying to do better until my trip next month 🙂

I am down 6 pounds.....but I have been going to the gym 6 days per week for the past 7 weeks, and eating pretty well.  Not sure I can attribute it to the Forskolin.  I will use up the bottle and decide whether or not to buy any more.
