It's hyped up worthless ******, save your money and email Andrew Lessman if you doubt me...he'll tell you - it's garbage.

Actually, the product I bought was from amazon and was very inexpensive.  On the other hand, I have purchased pricier Lessman products in the past, that didn’t deliver

@10sluvr

WOW!!

Your results are great!

Naysayers will say ‘it’s all water!’...but while that’s partly true

you are resetting/rebuilding your gut bacteria with all that

beautiful fiber & resistant starch. And that’s always a good thing.

And from my experience, the weight will stay off.

And can we say how cheap it is eating this way??

For lunch, I had a big bowl of steamed-gold-Japanese-sweet-potatoes

with added pineapple salsa. But honestly, they would’ve been

just as good by themselves.  Love to hear you went full-on

Spudfit-Potato-Hack potatoes only!  Love it🍠🥔🍠🥔

i heard about this diet, several years ago, when penn from penn and teller, wrote a book about his weight loss. it was interesting and gave it a try. not too hard, short term. i googled it and others have tried it too.

Re: Forskolin for weight loss

@Mothertrucker @alicedee    1 week later, I’m down 1/2 pound.  Does that even count?😃

I did have a good week with food and exercise, including a 3 hour hike this morning.  So I don’t know if I’m seeing results from the supplement, or not.  I’ll keep taking it until I finish the bottle.

I had a VERY hectic and stressful week- Worked 12 hours + for 3 of my 6 work days, so my exercise suffered a bit..so did my food- (though I do a fair amount of wakling on the job!))

That said, I am down  a full pound!

I , too anm going to keep  going..Why not?

I also felt like I had plenty of energy through my grueling week..

I’ve been taking it 2 days....and had a bad food weekend ( my family  threw me a surprise birthday party,,,,I ate too much pizza and cake!).  My weight didn’t change.  Back in the saddle again today..,,I will report back the end of the week.

No side effects thus far.

Re: Forskolin for weight loss

Got on the scale and I gained two pounds lol!  I blame my diet.  My life is usually very quiet....the last two weeks there has been a stream of going out for meals for my birthday with various friends and family at different times, and a birthday party....I’ve been eating a lot of stuff I normally don’t!

i have faithfully gone to the gym every day this month except Sundays, for a 50 minute workout.  I tell myself I’m building up muscle, and that weighs more!

i think the “out of normal” food activity in restaurants and at gatherings is done for the foreseeable future, so it’s back to a more reasonable eating plan starting today.

Re: Forskolin for weight loss

@alicedee @Try to weigh at the same time every day to be sure that your weight gain isn’t from food or fluid. Maybe you would have gained more than two pounds if you didn’t go to the gym and take the supplements.Restaurant food does make losing weight more difficult.We eat low cholesterol diet with low sugar,fat and salt.It seems to work at keeping our weight down as neither my dh or I has excess stuff on our bodies.
