@willdob3

I have not researched the oils and need to.

How much DHA again?

And what else have you found out about AL Omega?

I have always taken 1/day and got benefits from the one, but if this is not enough, I guess I should be taking more?

Have the Algal but I don’t take it regularly?

Oh I see...2 capsules for the amount we are wanting?

That's not the TS Eye Support product. His Eye Support is TS next weekend not tomorrow. A larger size like 720 count I think it is will be available next weekend at it's best price of the year.

@Nightowlz   Right, I did a live chat at ProCaps yesterday and posted that info.  I think people who bought yesterday will be upset next weekend.

I was able to cancel my order in the past if I made a mistake...for instance, I ordered an extra when I didn’t need it?

just an idea for those wondering if they ordered the eye supplement at a higher rather than lower price.

I’m not consistent about taking all my vitamins every single day but when I take these I take 6 to 8 a day, depending what else I’m getting to equal about 4000 mg. These are easy to swallow.

@Teddie

Why are you taking 4000 mg or 4 grams of Omega 3 Fish Oil per day???

From what I read that's too much unless you have heart disease, cancer etc & are working with your doctor taking that amout.

Most doctors would tell you 2 grams per day is too much from what I have read.

@Nightowlz  I follow several health doctors and my research shows a higher amount benefits us in so many ways. At least it does for me.

I have an amusing story to tell you. My brother sells a couple health products and one of them is a fish oil product in liquid form.  I told him what I’m already taking and how much. He sent me a kit to take some blood samples to be mailed in. I am sure he was thinking it would show how inferior my product was and I’d be wanting to buy from him. It was quite a comprehensive test, testing many things I’d never even heard of. When the results came back, my sister-in-law called to tell me the results were just about perfect. She said in all their clients they’ve been working with, no one ever came close to these results.

I think I’ll keep doing what I’m doing.  🙂

Re: Andrew Lessman TSV Presale

Greetings

Just catching up here...

I think it was last year or maybe the year before that Andrew changed the Omega 3 so that they are smaller pills.

I keep my bottle in the basement so I don't have any sticking together of pills, but I know that at the bottom of my Omega 3 bottle at least one pill is open because I smell fish when I open the bottle to take out a week's supply.

re dosing

What Andrew often says is that the optimum does is X but you still get great benefits by taking only 1.  He says this about everything.  There's optimal benefits based on the science and then there's "still beneficial if you take less."

@mousigirl
I think maybe I was allowed to cancel (in December or Jan) since it was “delayed shipment?

Thanks for the idea about writing the purchase price on bottle. I always write the month/year of purchase but had not thought about price. I also write the date I start taking the supplement on the bottle, this helps me to easily calculate how many I have left.

As far as today’s TS, only going to purchase the 360 count. I still have a lot left from huge bottle I got last TS and have noticed that when I open bottle they are starting to smell fishy although as of yet have not started to taste that way. For this reason don’t want to overstock. I’ve been taking 2, recommended dose on bottle but may scale back to 2 only every other day. If Andrew says one capsule is okay then wonder why he recommends 2 on the bottle. One of the things I like about him is he is always re-evaluating the ingredients in the supplements he offers and adjusting accordingly. I do not look forward to the day he decides to retire!

Will definitely be ordering the eye support.

I forgot to say that along with the price I write the quantity of the previous purchase as often the same quantity is not offered.  Sometimes he will do a 540 or 720 or another odd count quantity.

Re: Andrew Lessman TSV Presale

@avid shopper  First of all, I'm very impressed that I can read what you wrote. Some of those bottles don't have a lot of room on them, but you got all the pertinent information down.

Secondly, I put the expiration date on the TOP side of the bottle, just to make it quicker to see. I do the same thing with other bottles, like my spices; although, with spices I write the expiration date on a sticker and then it on the bottle. Some of those dates are hard to see otherwise and I don't want to have to get out a magnifier glass to find them! ha! But with Andrew using white bottles, it is easy to write and see on his.
