Then I add about two and a half pumps of Styling Creme (SC) because I air dry my hair (with my portable desk fan). While I get the best results with 613 SC, these days I use any SC because I have a five year supply (thanks to the TSVs *s*). -- Until last year, I had only been using one pump of SC as a leave-in. The Chaz mentioned on periscope that people who air dry their hair should use more SC as a leave-in and, of course, he was right. Smiley Happy

@bebe777 what is the difference you see in your hair from using more SC than you use to with air dryed hair? I also air dry 99% of the time. I use about 1 pump SC. Thanks.

Hi @jb20, it's good to see you around here. I hope your summer is getting off to a great start!! Smiley Happy

Using more Styling Creme (SC) helps reduce my hair's frizz factor. Smiley Happy

I think that blow drying your hair allows the Styling Creme (SC) to dry more quickly and the SC is what seals the CC leave-in moisture in your hair.

I'm guessing that when you air dry your hair that, since the SC takes longer to dry, that may make it a less effective at sealing the moisture in your hair... so you need to use more.

My hair porous, baby fine hair is very frizzy. Of course, using the Wen CCs has helped reduce my frizzies... but it's still an ongoing battle. -- Using more SC helps it my frizzies reduction battle. Smiley Wink

btw, Chaz has mentioned that when he blow dries his hair that he uses 2 pumps of SC, but when he air dries it (which he prefers to do) that he uses 3 pumps of SC.

Re: wen - to leave-in or not to leave-in LOL!

just one suggestion to try, with the leave in is to not "rake" it near your roots, start about 2"  down the shaft. I have very long hair and have to be careful to not get much on my roots anywhere on my head or I "feel" it.
