Ugh...QVC sent the wrong order!

I had ordered the ODO SC/mousse/brush in SHP and it just arrived today.  Instead of getting those 3 products however, I got 2 SHP SCs and 2 brushes.  No mousse Smiley Sad  What should I do?  Send it back or just keep what they sent me?  This combo in the SHP is now waitlist only....

Call customer service and tell them of their error. If the rep won't make it right, ask to speak to a supervisor. Why would you keep something that is missing items that you paid for? Make them make it right for you. You can also post this in the Customer Care Forum as they will reach out to you privately and help you.

@peanutjk, I've never heard of that happening to anyone before.

 

First off, would you rather have this configuration or did you want to try the Mousse? 

 

The Mousse is $42 at Chaz's site, so it's the most expensive item in the kit. -- Also I've read some recent reviews in which people have really liked the SHP Mousse. 

 

If you'd like to get the SHP Mousse, then I think your should call QVC customer service and ask to speak to a supervisor. 

 

Here's the thing... they can put you on waitlist, but them you'll be behind everyone else who was on waitlist before your name was added. -- And from what I've seen in the past, frequently they don't get more of this configuration in... or enough for all the waitlist orders.

 

Maybe a supervisor can get you special preference... I just don't know. 

 

Also, if you return your shipment, then you may wind up without anything.

CRISIS SOLVED!  I debated keeping the 2 SC and brushes since I do already have a mousse from another ODO, but I gave in and called QVC because I really didn't need all the brushes.  The rep was awesome and was able to send me out another order because the SHP is currently waitlisted and she said I probably wouldn't get it if I did a return and reorder.  The bonus:  she is sending me the correct items and told me to just keep the original package so I will now end up with 3 SCs, 3 brushes, and 1 mousse Smiley Happy  Super, super awesome customer service!!!

I had worried that if you returned it and reordered it that you might wind up wiht nothing. 

 

That's great that the CS rep made sure that your order received priority... and it's great that she let you keep your current items to make up for their error.

That's TERRIFIC!   Glad to hear you had a very happy resolution of your problem.  QVC does have excellent customer service.

@peanutjk...yes they are great to help out...I had something similar and (even tho I was ready to send it back) they sent out new one also & it  was waitlisted so I would of never gotten it either probably!
