Yeh like I mentioned before, I just use a toothpick & kind of scrap the "build up" off.

I alternate a Lanza hairspray with Wen, (when I don't have Wen) it's pricy also & I only get it when it's on sale...It also has the bamboo water, (well it says it does) lol

I prefer Chaz's hairspray when I have it.

(I thought the Lanza wouldn't get the build up due to cost, lol, not so)

Chaz's is best for not drying my hair out..

@quadmimi My salon is Aveda, so I got one of theirs. But want to go back to WEN after this and just get in the habit of cleaning the darn nozzle!

Yes, I much prefer Wen hairspray, my wavy/curly hair is always better, I wish I didn't have to use any hairspray, but my nasty roadmap part in my crown area took care of that . lol

I hope your nozzle is kinder to you on your next bottle..

Another update on my pump dispenser for the 32 ounce WEN bottles (may have started this on another thread).

The ones that Chaz's team sent me don't open up as tall as they have in the past. I kept turning them, thinking I just wasn't opening the nozzle enough to have it pop up tall.

Contacted his team this morning and they said that I got the correct pump dispenser for the 32-ounce; however, they are going with the shorter ones "for some of the scents," and wanted to know which scents I needed the taller dispensers for. I gave her the list of scents and she said she would check to see if their warehouse has the taller dispenser.

You see the problem if they don't have the taller ones, right? If you have used the tall dispensers that they have been using for years, you know how many pumps to use, which for my short hair is one full pump for the cleanse; ditto for the second cleanse.

But now that his pump doesn't stand as tall, it also doesn't go down as far, and you have to pump between 6-8 times to get the same thing you used to do with just one pump! I have no idea why they changed, but they have.

Any of you with the newer scents notice that your pump does not open up enough to have it stand tall? Evidently it depends upon the scent.

Attaching a photo of my not-yet-completed shower cubby hole for my WEN products. See how tall the two left ones pop up? The others don't have any pumps in them because I was still waiting to receive them from Chaz's team when I took this photo. But now that I have them, I see that they don't go up as far. Not happy about this. Don't know why they changed. Hope they can find some in their warehouse to send me.

Those tall just became very valuable to me! Going to ensure I keep the two I have now and just recycle them for new bottles that come in.

I have a "sack" of pumps! I pre-mix my Wen so the pump isn't something I even really need..I wonder if mine are tall or shorter? I would guess the last winter trio would be the shorter ones maybe..gosh if they are taller I feel bad if you could use them..

I hope they find some for you..

@quadmimi When I get home from work, I will try to remember to take a picture of the cubby with the tile in it now......guy is still work on other things in the bathroom, but I believe that is finished today. I'll try also to remember to put in one of the new pumps that doesn't stand as tall, so you will see what I mean.
