@Souperkrys wrote:Hi all!
im pretty new to Wen and just wanted some advice. I ordered the Summer Tropical Paradise CC and love it! But my ends seem dry when I use it. Does anyone have any tips on what I can use with it to give more moisture to my ends?
Thanks so much!
Are you using any of the CC as leave in?
Fig is the go to CC for dry hair. Alternatively you could get a trim. Before I did that, I'd do a coconut oil treatment. Just 100% coconut oil. I only use it on my length not near the scalp.

Thank you for taking the time to respond to me
Yes I use about a dime size amount of leave in CC, if I use any more then it weighs my hair down. My hair is thin, poker straight and flat.
Yes I do need a trim! It's been a few months.
I will try Fig next time there's a special, maybe the September TSV!
Coconut oil treatment sounds like a great idea, I will try that! Thanks!
I was was wondering if I should put some treatment oil ( I just got the mango coconut & 32oz CC) on my ends only when my hair is wet after cleansing? Does anyone do that?
It it seems the mango coconut CC is much more moisturizing on my hair then the Tropical Paradise. Has anyone else found that? It's also giving my flat hair more body.
Or should I try 613? I just don't want to weigh my hair down since it's so flat already. Does anyone know if it gives body to straight hair?
Thanks guys! I'm callason on periscope in case anyone from here is on there.
Have a great day!

@Souperkrys, I apply the oil to all of my hair while wet. You dont have to use a lot if you dont want. I usually add it in when I apply styling cream
Also, try the overnight oil treatment before cleansing (apply to scalp and rub throughout your hair, especially the ends) when you cleanse dont use hot water and do your final rinse in cool/cold water. If your ends dont respond the trim may be the best route (oils, remoist and 319 are usually my go to for repair). I dont remember how moisturizing SMC was for me but I do add 319 in with STP to bump it up.

Chaz is shooting Plumeria in his yard right now and talking about how images have to fill an entire label. Being coy on whether it is really one we are getting tho. So that sounds like a good Spring 2019.

Thanks for the heads up! I am going to watch the replay. Plumeria sounds nice! I wonder if he would discontinue one of the current Spring formulas to make room for It?

@SouperkrysSpring Gardenia Green Tea is being retired but SOB, SHL and SCB should be available in Spring 2018. I bet we would find out then. SOB has been such a favorite but SHL hasn't had a gallon showing yet. Hard to say.
