I used to feel so bad for L.R. ... when a certain clothing designer with a gruff voice would greet her, he actually kissed her 2 times on the cheek, and then a big bear hug .... and after the presentation a few air kisses for good measure.

I agree. I know this was posted awhile ago, but I am just now responding to comments. Some kiss when they come on and when they leave and if they are on the show more than once, it is not necessary. We get that they are "friends" or that they know each other. That does not sell the product. Recently a femail host almost kissed the male guest on the mouth when he came on the present shoes. And what about colds and flu germs? Come on, people, just welcome them and say see ya later!

And she seemed to just love it. It doesn't take much to stop that kind of attention: just smile and step back.

Do I care for the on-air kissing?

Not really.

Do I let it, allow it, to bother me or ruin my day?

No.

I guess I'm just weird that way.
