The Q would not maintain these boards if they didn't get something out of it. I believe they maintain it for customer feed back even if they don't take what is said seriously, because people are still buying the products. Don't buy and see how fast things change.

They know we are here and talk about all things Q and then some. Curiosity gets the best of people so I'd be willing to bet yes they do read or have people to read and report back, and I think the hosts read too. They may not be able to post anything, but come on. If you knew people might be talking about you, wouldn't you want to read what they say?

I have been told on more than one occasion that Q Corporate does not read the forums. I have also been told by a few different customer service reps that they've been told that they are not allowed to read the forums.

I agree, she is only in her element when it comes to exercise equipment. I saw that show for D&C and she looked out of place.

If so they obviously dismiss any that they dont care for.  Any problems the company has is their own fault because of that.

If there is no feedback from forums to management, then what is the purpose of "Suggestion Box" ?  Are we truly wasting our time?
