@MW in Iowa wrote:I have asked for ingredient listing for beauty products for years. Nothing has changed. HSN does and has for years. So unless it afects the bottom line , no they don't listen or care.
It's there really have to look for it. Ones I've searched for I've found

yes they do - I had a problem that gave me a terrible reaction, and they called me.
I had returned the item and they did not charge me the shipping.
That was the 1st time I wrote on the forum.

If they are smart they would get a synopsis from the moderators on trends, complaints and suggestions.
Marketing firms charge a lot of money to hold focus groups for customer feedback, and I'm sure QVC leadership knows exactly what is coming from the forums.
They probably have it all on some spreadsheet with suggestions based on what posters are asking for and comparing to what the posters are actually buying and returning.
To ignore that kind of free feedback and information would be foolish.

A number of years ago, it may have been when Mike George first started, there was an interview or something with him where he discussed the fact that the forum posts were downloaded into reports or binders or something and they were reviewed.
I don't know if that's still the case.

IF leadership at Q reads these, I picture them laughing and thinking we're a bunch of whiny babies (though we aren't). IMO, Q is a stereotypical big business and doesn't care as long as the dollars are coming in.

The forums are read by the moderators for compliance with standards and to help customers with specific ordering concerns, but beyond that, to read for and implement suggestions for improvement in programming, presentation, and shipping, then not so much. Yes, we are a small number of viewers but then all samples taken for polling are small. There are valid complaints and feasible solutions mixed in with the “Q is crooked” posts. Management must realize by now that the days of Q being left on all day for background company are past and they are ok with it, hence the repetitive lineup and more pushy sales ploys.

Nope, D&C not outlandish enough for her!

Don’t think so. If they did they would have the white hosts and vendors stop using “nude” when an item is pink. They could use “blush” and it wouldn’t be a problem for women of color. I have written about this several times with no change being made.

In the former website setup they used to have a category for QVC we love.
They took that away and substituted Q talk and I think that cut down on any good comments people had about them.
I suggest they should return the category QVC we love and read some nice comments.
