Called CS about exchanging a defective bag that was a gift and the rep told me everything I needed to do to return it. I wrote a note with every single bit of info that the rep instructed- shipped usps priority with insurance and included the note. It arrived to Qvc on Friday(jan. 31). I called customer service to ask when the exchange would be processed. She said she has no info on the return and I need to find out who signed for the package. I am mortified to think I just sent a $300+ back(plus $20 shipping!) to qvc just to be told I'm out of luck! What is my next step? I can't get a straight answer from other reps!

Give it another week...it takes about 10 days to 2 weeks to process returns...

Give it more time. Holiday returns are their busiest time since everyone is sending back last minute. My recent return took about a week and a half before they even acknowledged the return.

Be patient. The Q has thousands of returns to process that came in at the end of January. It could takes your a couple of weeks.

Ok, I've never returned anything here so I was worried when cs couldn't even acknowledge that it was, at the very least, received. I will just wait it out and cross my fingers! Thanks for the responses

Hmmm why is it when you return something to the Q it takes so long for a refund/exchange? When I return something to Amazon I get my refund within hours of them receiving it.
Whats wrong with this picture QVC?

Go to the USPS web site and print out the delivery confirmation information, so that you have it. Sometimes this info disappears from the USPS web site.

Also, give Q a few more days to process the return.

As long as you have proof it was received, you will get your credit. I know it's annoying, but try to be patient.

I would say give it some time. I returned a laptop in January and tracked it every day. I shipped it on January 17, and it was delivered to QVC on January 21 (the MLK weekend). My order status on QVC.com didn't acknowledge receipt until January 27, and I just received my credit this week. It usually doesn't take this long to process a return, but it may be the busy gift return period for them.

That is a good idea. When I track the package, it doesn't say who signed for it. That's what has me a bit worried since the CS rep told me they have to have that info.

I returned an item on January 22 and it took 15 days to process. Wait another week.
