I used to love tuna and tuna casserole years ago. Then they took something out of it. And it's never been the same. Once on line someone in a discussion knew but I've forgotten. Now I try to just add lots of garlic and sweet peppers to my tuna salad to eat it. Just not the same.

I have been making this for years and my DH loves this.

Saute some onion and peppers first. I like a little green and red mixed.

Add to Tuna with

cooked large macaroni shells

Healthy choice Mayo

celery seed

pepper

some Salsa Sauce

top with extra sharp grated cheddar cheese, or any cheese you prefer, i.e., fontina, Gruyerea (sp?), etc.

Bake until cheese is melted.

Delicious!
