Lucky me....still have electricity!  I wasn't sure what to expect.  We have about 6" of snow now and still snowing lightly.  DH is like a kid....anxious to get his toy out and clear the driveway.  🙄 Why?  We aren't going anywhere.

No Tootie yet.....hmmmm.....well, I better hurry before we BUMP!  Grocery shopping morning?

good morning all. Been hearing about the snow expected. Stay safe all

Ruby Ed grapefruit yum. The best is seasonal but we can get it often. I understand in the valley you can buy the culls for pennies. 

My first thought is Jake getting abducted but I don't think anyone would take him. He is so social. Thinks everyone he sees wants to be his friend. He is short with stubby legs. This is the second time I have seen someone stop to bring him home. I usually am out and watching him. I have learned bot to go to the gate as he won't come in.

Mama Mia!  It has been snowing all day with a couple short breaks!  I think DH has had enough fun!  HA!  Looks like we may have 8-9" so far!  I tried to go into backyard to feed birds but snow was up to my knees with drifts so I quit.  Later DH cleaned off deck and made a path for me.  Then he went out and cleaned off bird feeders.  Love my birds!

Well, tomorrow will be Feb 1st so we are one month closer to Spring!  🌷🌷

Hi, Friends ~ Hope everyone had a nice weekend.  Saturday the forecast was similar to Walker's but woke up Sunday morning to NOTHING.  It snowed later on but we maybe got 1 inch.  Big disappointment for me.....didn't get the snow they predicted.  I do realize there may be something wrong with my brain but I love snow. 😂 Our sons wanted us to move south but the 4 seasons kept us here.  Tootie, did the big snow miss you, too?

Good morning to us ~

No snow here.  We will be 65 today.  walker, what a nice DH to clear you a bird path on the deck AND clean the feeders!  

Love the square dance Tootie!  All the BUMPS are good too.  Now I want an ice cream sundae for breakfast (won't be the first time!)  I am going to wait on the haircut until DD gets caught up - she has been booked solid for the first 2 weeks in February.  

MissMadi, there is nothing wrong with your brain - only mine - I dislike snow!!! Love looking at it though.  Cute picture.

Good morning friends ... what a nice picture to bring us into February cookie ... I can imagine your DD is booked up with her haircuts after being off for so long ...

walker, glad your DH cleared a path so you could get to your feeders ... I bet you get all kinds of birds (and squirrels?) ... I was laughing, as I could picture you trying to trudge through knee-high snow (been there, done that) ... did you get more snow overnight too?

MissMadi, yes, the big snow missed us .. it sounds like we had the same weather as you ... snow predicted again for today,  but not sure it will happen ... I enjoy our four seasons too! I may complain about the snow but really don't mind it as long as I don't have to go out in it ... and we have to have snow for Christmas!!

Good Morning Friends and WELCOME FEBRUARY!!! ❤️

Thanks for starting us off with that greeting, cookie.  

All is calm here for first day of February.  It should be pretty and bright white as soon as sun comes up.  I also enjoy the four seasons.  Sounds like the east coast is getting hammered today.   Yesterday it was kind of like an old time photo up and down the street....many neighbors out ....digging out!  

Did anyone see the picture of panda bear sliding down snow-covered hill?  CUTE!!!

Tootie mentioned square dancing yesterday...brought back memories.  I used to go to Father-Daughter Square Dances ....fun.  That would be a good SCC activity...we'll invite Cousin Eddie! 🤣

No news....so guess I will move along and wish all of you a Happy Monday!  See you later.  I get the....
