Peach Crisp

5-6 cups fresh or frozen peaches..sliced....thaw if using frozen

2 tablespoons sugar

1/2-1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 cup butter

lemon juice

Place peaches in a 2-quart square baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent browning. Stir in sugar.

For topping:

In a medium bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour, nutmeg and cinnamon. Cut in butter til mixture resembles course crumbs. Sprinkle topping over peaches. Bake at 375* for 30-35 minutes (40 minutes if using frozen peaches) or til fruit is tender and topping is golden.

about 1/2 cup flour also its about 1 cup oats that I use
