With all the "upcoming cooking" to be done...

 

If you accidentally oversalt a dish while it's still cooking,

 

Drop in a peeled potato and it will absorb the excess salt 

 

for an instant "fix-it- up". 😉

Use very little salt - my problem is to over pepper or overdo the garlic powder.  LOL

If you must use salt, don't add it by spooning it from a bowl add if with your fingers...you will use far more than u think. Use a regular, old-school salt shaker and and shake the desired amount into a teaspoon. Also, avoid using a salt grinder for recipes if sodium content is a concern.

LOL, @fthunt, there is no such thing as "over pepper or overdo the garlic powder".  Smiley LOL
