I love asparagus steamed and then sprinkle Penzy's Foxpoint seasoning over it but for a change up I like this:
Crispy Baked Asparagus:
Fresh asparagus
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan
Salt and pepper to taste

I like it best stir fried in a little coconut or olive oil.

A little olive oil, salt and pepper and grill them on the George Foreman.

Simple-
I do it on the Barbecue..wrap each stalk in bacon, spiral-like, sprinkle with a little brown sugar, refrigerate for at least 2 hours, then grill, the final product is so much better than the sum of its parts- something a little bit of brown sugar does to this is magical... These dissapear before i can even get them off the grill!!!

Thanks again Kitchenettes for all the wonderful ideas! I am going to print them out & try them all. I keep notebooks of recipes so these will go front & center in the ""Vegie"" one.
