Baking bread is on my bucket list for winter.

Summer i'm working in the garden.

Hey it's only flour and water, right???

What could go wrong!

I love olive oil & rosemary focaccia.

I have Martha Stewart's recipe.

Giving you a standing ovation!   Well done!

well, and eggs, oil,sugar,yeast,salt LOL

Believe me I've had some bread made by others that I wouldn't throw to the birds. Not to say I'm high muck a muck, but, mine is soft and tender and little bit of a crunch on the edges.

I went to a comm mkt and thought think I'll buy that gal's bread save me time and mess. uh , no,won't do that again. That was the most tasteless, flat bread I've ever ate. If your a widower and never had any better you might think it was OK.   To each his own.
