Filipino Fried Chicken Recipe, Yum Yum

Just made this for supper. Mixed 1 packet of spices pictured, 1 egg, 1/2 c cornstarch, and enough water to make a thick batter. Marinate at least 2 hours to overnight in the refrigerator. Deep fat fry at 350 *-375* for 13-15 minutes. I fried mine in my Fry Daddy in 2 batches. 20180723_175331.jpg20180723_165244.jpg
