ITA...to me Sandra epitomizes the ultimate "lazy host"....doing the bare minimum of what she needs to do.....neither brings interest, curiosity, nor excitement into her shows......bland and boring..😴....ZZZZZ

I think perhaps you missed the point.  She is just one of the many salespeople who have continued to misrepresent the facts.

You have to buy something in order to get the credit. It’s $40 off your first purchase. I assume if the item is less than $40, you lose the rest because it only applies to the first purchase - tricky!

This is why people get confused about how they are to receive the 40.00 credit.  As many of us already know, the 40.00 credit is on your QVC's account and has nothing to do with the credit card statement.

The hosts really need to give out the correct information.

When I opened a Q card a few years ago, it took a couple of months but I received a $40.00 statement credit on my Qcard.  This was before it was changed to Synchrony Bank. I know I have heard a number of hosts talk about a statement credit being issued.

But like @sunshine45 stated, the fine print clearly says the credit is to your QAccount.

@ellaphantno one said Sandra had to be perfect. But that is an important detail.  When she misspoke, the producer or someone else listening should have corrected her in her ear or corrected her on a break so the correct information could be given.
