You can view items online without watching.

Instead of Mulitple Channels showing the same ole same ole over and over and over and over and over and over again, sometimes, simultaneously, simultanesouly, simultaneously, simultaneously....
Start an "E-QVC" network and park ALL the computers, endless chargers, security cameras, different brand/same function tablets, phones, i-pads, on it.
Let the rest of us alone with this CONSTANT barage of electronic junk that is either obsolete when it's being sold, or will be the week after you get it home.
TOO MUCH. Yesterday EVERY TIME I out on a Q-channel it was some kind of electronic dreck.
Seriously....just how many times does a car battery REALLY go dead?!?!?!? And how many times do you need a flashlight to attach to your inner car hood at night?
ANd enough with the 1000.00 Christmas trees. I fell for those pre-lit gimmicks and NONE of that stuff lasts more than a season or two....
@Othereeeen For the life of me I cannot understand who would order a flashlight. They need to leave the electronics to Best Buy, Wal-Mart etc. I for one would never buy a computer from a shopping channel..

My husband reminded me the other day that for every person like ME who has stopped watching, there are likely many NEW customers who just started.
I suppose he is right. But, what I see (as a former customer) is a big missed opportunity to hold on to loyal shoppers.
Perhaps there are just too many choices now for them to bother worrying about people like me.
That's OK. I got the message long ago and spend my $$ elsewhere.
There was a slide in their 3rd quarter presentation regarding new customers... .....Sure they may get new viewers but the bigger questions are :
1. Will new viewers be REPEAT shoppers? Or was this a one time purchase?
2. How many sales did they lose from their current customer base that are no longer watching or buying due to repetitive products/programming? And long term customer probably spent more too......
87% of QVC sales were made by existing customers, new customers 7% of sales......
Average purchase by existing customers, 27 items for an average of 1.4K spent

I can give you a testimonial about a computer nightmare.....ordered a laptop from QVC....it stopped working shortly after 30 days....numerous phone calls to their Tech Support, 3 in home visits by Tech person, then it was returned to factory--still not working. Desperate so I sent a letter to QVC Corporate begging for a working computer since I paid almost $1000 for it....They finally sent me a replacement....They even botched the pickup for the non-working model.....NEVER AGAIN QVC!!
Laptops (and electronics) now purchased through Best Buy---NO PROBLEMS! ![]()

A computer is an investment and needs to be taken seriously. Not to say I have not had problems with the ones I have purchased at a store. First thing I think about is how they are handled during shipping. Hope you had a nice holiday.

I had a nice holiday, thank you for asking...and hope you had a good one too....
You would think with all the people using tablets and their phones that the prices of laptops would drop, but they haven't and it is as you said an investment....and I want to make sure I work with a retailer that cares not just about sales, but customer service after the sale as well....

Where is the entertainment? Years ago, I recall Jeanne Bice cookie exchange, a Joan Rivers slumber party and a meal with David in which people came out of the audience to sample a meal. Those had some entertainment value to me. Haven't seen anything like that in years.
