Disgusted is an understatement! I have 3 items "In Process" for 2 weeks and CS says they come form the vendor and can't be conceled. What's up with this? Either be able to ship in a reasonable amount of time or if the product is behind production with the vendor, that's not my issue and I don't want to wait. I can get that item (maybe something even better or less expensive) elsewhere.
QVC should not keep orders (and the customer) "captive" as we wait weeks for products to even be shipped.

@Shanus The Q needs to make different arrangements with their vendors. Customers should not have to wait 2 weeks for their order to be shipped. It seems that the average is 4 days to ship which is not great because other companies are shipping in 1 to 2 days. Nordstrom is excellent at shipping out on time. Sorry you are waiting so long. The least the Q can do is give you a credit or something for waiting so long.

@Katcat1 I'm not holding my breath for any credits, but just want to cancel if an item has not shipped after a week or so and still says it's in process.
An arrangement SHOULD be made with the vendor that if they can't get enough products to meet orders, then cancellations are a given.
I'm sure at this point, there's no inventory ready to ship. The vendors begin gathering items whe they recieve the order. We're the ones who suffer. Q doesn't want to pay to keep thousands of items in stock.

I agree. If I can't make changes to or cancel an order because it is "in process" then I expect it to be actively in the ordering process, not just sitting there.

@Shanus AMEN! It's getting to be BBB time for this. It is absurd. BEYOND absurd. I can see delayed and slow shipping, but just to hold your money captive and not even ship--that's dirty pool.

I feel ya! I have become the home shopping queen since the Pandemic came about. But this I can tell you. I shop Chewy, Target, Walmart, Amazon, and more. None have ever made me wwait more than 2 days to ship it. Never! I also ocassionally shop at Hsn and they never hold it like QVC either.....I just think there is a broken process with QVC and someone in management is not taking action to correct stuff. I am not buying some of their excuses!

did you try the socialteam
or your credit card company
or there is Twitter and Instagram? but Q is not responsive there much but being strident might work

@jackthebear My best option is not to order anymore. If I order and can't cancel 1/2 hour later, something's fishy. I know in that 1/2 hour, it has not made it to the shipping area, has my label on it and ready to go on the truck. If that were true, it'd be on my porch in 2 days or within the week like every other place I order from. There's a huge disconnect or "sham" going on at Q. I've had enough!!

@LillyandHobo It's not just QVC, I placed an order over 2 weeks ago with Woman Within and it still hasn't shipped. Those stores like QVC which are online operate differently from a store where the merchandise must be in a physical building. I've heard complaints about other online operations too.

I feel very fortunate then (knock on wood). I have had no issue with any other shipping! Chewy usually 99 percent of the time ships my order on the same day with a tracking number, as does Walmart and Target. Hsn usually ships within 2 day of the order. Whatever QVC is doing is not an efficent process.
