I am on internet explorer which is horribly slow but I can read the reviews on it.  Unfortunately, I can't get any reviews on Safari, Firefox or Chrome.  I've called and let customer service know but the rep I had said she had no problem safari or chrome.  I don't think it is anything on my end though...think qvc has a glitch they can't fix.
